Q: How does the club shop and  kickback scheme work?

A: You / your club representative sends us logos, sponsor artwork and embroidery files required to decorate the clothing.  We then upload the branded clothing of your choice in the club colours wherever possible with your clubs logos and sponsors on them.  Prices will include a 10% kick back to the club which can be removed if necessary.  Club members can purchase all the clothing and merchandise that the club have chosen to advertise and 10% of the price (excluding vat) will be calculated to add up as a kickback whenever the club choose to use it.

Q: How can the kickback be accessed?

A: The kick back is accessed by purchasing products or merchandise through us and is in effect a credit note towards a club order.  Please note that the kickback cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and offers.  When using your kickback, prices are calculated from your online shop prices inclusive of VAT and will be invoiced to the club or representative ordering on behalf of the club with notification of the kickback on that invoice.

Q: How long do products take to arrive?

A: If products are personalised with embroidery or any other form of decoration then we aim to turn this around within 5 – 10 working days, unless otherwise stated.  For non-personalised products and merchandise we aim to deliver products within 5 working days of order.

A: Yes we offer discounts on bulk orders whether personalised or not – please contact us for more details.
